The villa is a new, two bedroom bungalow, fully equipped with brand new furniture, kitchen appliances, stereo , TV and DVD.  The living room also has a double sofa-bed, and with plenty of storage space for a week or two, the villa can comfortably accommodate five adults.

Living

 

Inside the air conditioned* villa there is a fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and lots of cupboard space.  The living area sees a TV with a DVD player, stereo CD/radio (with both MP3 player connection & MP3 CD player), a double sofa-bed, plus a table and chairs.  There’s a selection of DVDs, and please feel free to bring your own along. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.  On the secluded terraces outside you will find sun loungers, a patio table & chairs and parasols.

Your arrival

 

Arrangements for collecting the key locally will be confirmed before you travel.  On arrival (or the next day) you will be greeted by our local agent Val.

A welcome pack will be waiting for you, which will contain all the essentials – fresh bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, etc.  Oh, and a cold beer in the fridge!   Please do let us know if you have any special requirements for your welcome pack, particularly if you will be arriving late at night.

Sleeping

 

The main bedroom contains a double bed with bedside cabinets and a dressing table, with a comfortably sized single second bedroom.  Both rooms have ample wardrobe space, and patio doors opening out on to the terraces.  Clean linen and towels are provided for your arrival, and guests staying for two weeks or more will have an extra set, as although a cleaning and laundry service can be provided (payable locally) we find that our guests normally like to be left in peace.
