To be perfectly honest we didn't like the villa...........we loved it!!!!. We could see that the villa has been built and furnished to a high standard and you should be very proud of what you have achieved. You may remember that we stayed near Chania, for the first two weeks of the holiday, so it is inevitable we would compare the two villas and yours comes out on top. We particularly liked;- (in addition to the villa as a whole), The competitive price. The welcome pack. The fact that Val was near to hand and that she came to introduce herself just after we arrived. The peace and quiet. The villa wasn't so remote, it was just a small walk down the hill, to the main shops and from there we were able to bus all around the island for very cheap. The locals were lovely; we made friends with one or two of them. We had an amazing time just walking around and relaxing. The views from your villa were breathtaking, we were all a bit overwhelmed when we first arrived.... sitting on the deck with a beer.... great. The Villa is very comfortable and well equipped - it's kind of home from home and we settled in quickly. The views are the best and every day the got better, you really could never become tired of them - I think that you have the best position/view from Villa Moira and it was so relaxing there, very quiet and a real contrast to our lives here in Kings Cross. We could not believe how soon we managed to slow down. We actually preferred to spend a lot of our time in the villa which was unusual for as we love Crete so much.
The photos that you have don't do it any justice as being there in reality was much better. We could not find a better place - honest! The weather was also perfect and we even got to know the locals who were very friendly.
